If you decide to contribute to the ESM X ecosystem development via token or pre-sale purchase, please note that your contribution to ESM X does not involve the exchange of cryptocurrencies for any form of securities, investment units, or any form of ordinary shares at ESM X, or any companies in relation. Due to legal and regulatory uncertainty in the following countries: China, Bangladesh, Nepal, Macedonia, Bolivia, Ecuador, Pakistan, Algeria, Morocco, the USA, and India, participants residing in these countries are not allowed to provide contributions and obtain ESM X tokens.

Any participant providing false information about their citizenship, place of residence, and nationality will breach ESM X terms and conditions, and would entitle ESM X not to compensate any damages or losses suffered due to this violation. The whitepaper, information provided on the esmx.gg web page, and any terms of conditions published by ESM X, and any copy of such documents must not be taken or transmitted to any country where distribution or dissemination of these documents and information is prohibited or restricted.
